We cannot make Wisconsin the most RESTRICTIVE state in the nation.
A comprehensive review of studies leads to enacting a 200' from shore rule.

Those in opposition to Wake Surfing are well funded.
If they succeed, Wake Surfing would be mandated
700 feet from shore in at least 30 ft of water depth.
This will leave only 477 out of the over 15,000 lakes for Wake Surfing.
Local ordinances will give local units of government the ability to be more restrictive
or even BAN you ability to Wake Surf!
Funds will be used to promote scientifically based legislation that protects the environment and protects our rights to Wake Surf on Wisconsin Lakes.
